At Clamy, we understand the importance of privacy and security of user data. Our app allows users to create a workspace, invite teammates, and connect to external knowledge bases. We process the data and store it in our backend services hosted in AWS and ElasticCloud. We use OpenAI APIs to query the data from our webapp and external integrations like Slack and Intercom.

Collection of User Data: Clamy collects user data such as name, email address, and other information necessary for the creation of a workspace and inviting teammates. We also collect data from external knowledge bases connected to the app. Users can login via Google where we collect only the email, name and profile picture.
Use of User Data: The collected data is used to provide and improve the services offered by Clamy, including data processing and storage. We also use the data to respond to user inquiries and support requests. Clamy also collects OpenAI API key from the user to query data.
Sharing of User Data: Clamy does not sell or rent user data to third parties. We may share user data with third-party service providers as necessary to provide and improve the services offered by Clamy, such as hosting and data storage services.
Security of User Data: Clamy takes appropriate measures to protect the security of user data, including the use of encryption and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
User Control of Data: Users can control the data collected by Clamy through the settings in the app and may request to delete their data at any time by contacting us.
Changes to Privacy Policy: Clamy may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any changes to the Privacy Policy by posting the updated policy on our website.
